Hapa’s Blow Fill Seal Printing Unit designed for direct printing on BFS containers incorporates an up-and-downstream conveyor and a precision vacuum transport system.
Printing capacity is provided by the integrated redcube, a UV DOD piezo inkjet printing module. The redcube’s UV-LED curing unit ensures the instant curing of the ink.
Prints widths up to 72 mm, with a transport speed of up to 30 meters per minute, and a maximum output of 200 packs per minute. Optional the system can be equipped with a vision system, a reject mechanism and an additional redcube printing unit for two-color printing.
